Prince Studios provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Prince Studios.
2. Booking and Reservations
A booking is considered confirmed once the client has received confirmation from Prince Studios and any required deposit has been paid.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
- Event date and time
- Location details
- Photography requirements
- Special requests or preferences
3. Payments
Pricing and payment terms will be communicated before the photography session or event.
- A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
- Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or delayed delivery of final images.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling of a booking.
- Cancellation policies may apply depending on timing and circumstances.
- Deposits may be non-refundable if Prince Studios has reserved the date and declined other bookings.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Delivery of Photos
Prince Studios will make reasonable efforts to deliver edited photographs within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of session, number of images, editing requirements, and workload.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered images.
6. Image Editing and Final Results
Photography style, editing approach, and creative decisions are part of the artistic work of Prince Studios.
Clients acknowledge that final images may reflect the photographer's creative style, including decisions related to lighting, composition, and editing.
7. Copyright and Image Usage
Unless otherwise agreed, copyright of photographs remains with Prince Studios.
Clients receive permission to use delivered images for personal use, unless a different licensing agreement has been made.
Images may not be commercially reproduced, sold, or modified without written permission from Prince Studios.
8. Portfolio and Marketing Usage
Prince Studios may use selected photographs for portfolio purposes, website galleries, social media, and promotional materials unless the client has requested otherwise.
Clients may request that their images remain private before or after the photography session.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Ensure required permissions are obtained for photography locations
- Communicate any important requirements before the session
10. Limitation of Liability
Prince Studios will take reasonable care in providing photography services. However, we are not responsible for circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Venue restrictions
- Equipment failure beyond reasonable control
- Events or situations affecting the ability to complete services
11. Website Usage
Visitors using the Prince Studios website agree not to:
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Misuse website features
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
